⏱️ Delayed Approval
Contact Support if:
- Your return request hasn’t been approved after 48 hours.
- You submitted all required details/photos but no update is showing.
🏷️ Missing or Invalid Return Label
- You didn’t receive your return label within 24 hours of approval.
- The label PDF won’t download or opens blank.
- Your local courier rejected the label as invalid.
🚚 Tracking Issues
- Your package tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days.
- The courier shows “delivered” but your Pulingo account doesn’t confirm receipt after 48 hours.
💳 Refund Not Received
- It’s been more than 7 business days since your return was approved and refunded, but no money has posted.
- The refund amount is different than expected.
🎁 Bundle or Promotion Returns
- You’re unsure if part of a bundle can be returned.
- You didn’t return a free gift and need clarity on refund adjustments.
🌍 International Returns (Future)
Currently, Pulingo only operates within the United States. 🌎
International orders and returns are not available yet. Once global expansion begins, Support will assist with customs, duties, and regional return centers.
