🔢 Find Your Tracking Number

Once you ship your package:

  • The courier issues a receipt with a tracking number.
  • This number is also updated in your Pulingo account under Order → Return Details.
  • Keep this number safe to follow progress.
Tip: Take a photo of the receipt so you never lose it.

🌐 Track on the Courier Website

You can use your tracking number directly on:

  • UPS Tracking
  • FedEx Tracking
  • USPS Tracking
  • DHL Tracking

Simply enter your number to view real-time scans and expected delivery dates.

👤 View Status in Your Pulingo Account

To check return progress inside Pulingo:

  • Go to My Account → Orders.
  • Select your return request.
  • You’ll see live status updates synced with the courier.
Note: Status may take up to 24 hours to appear after courier pickup.

⏳ Typical Transit Times

Transit duration depends on courier and region:

  • Domestic returns: Usually 3–5 business days.
  • International returns: 7–14 business days.
  • Oversize items: May take longer due to freight scheduling.
Important: Delays can occur during holidays or peak shipping seasons.

📩 Email & SMS Updates

Stay informed at every step:

  • You’ll receive email notifications when the package is in transit.
  • SMS alerts are sent if you opted in at checkout.
  • A final confirmation is sent once your package is delivered to our warehouse.

🤝 When to Contact Support

Please reach out if:

  • Your tracking number hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days.
  • The courier shows “delivered” but your account doesn’t reflect it after 48 hours.
  • You lost your tracking receipt and cannot find the number in your account.
Tip: Provide your order number and return request ID to speed up assistance.
