How to Track Your Exchange Order
📬 How to Track Your Exchange Order
Summary
After sending back your item, you’ll want to keep an eye on your replacement. This guide explains how to track your exchange order on PulinGO—from courier updates to account notifications—so you’re always in the loop. 🔍
📦 Track Your Return Package
- Drop-off receipts include a tracking number from the courier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL).
- Enter this number on the courier’s website to monitor return transit.
- Your PulinGO account will update once the package is scanned at our warehouse.
🏢 Warehouse Processing Updates
- When the package arrives, status changes to “Return Received”.
- Within 1–2 business days, it moves to “Exchange Approved”.
- Once approved, your replacement item is queued for shipping.
🚚 Tracking Your Replacement Shipment
- After approval, a new tracking number is created for your replacement.
- This number is emailed to you and shown in your account.
- Track it on the courier’s website just like a standard order.
🔔 Notifications You’ll Receive
- Email + SMS when your return is received.
- Email + SMS when your exchange is approved.
- Email + SMS when your replacement ships (with tracking link).
Tip: Add info@pulingo.com to your safe sender list so you don’t miss notifications.
⚠️ Common Tracking Issues
- Courier site not updating → sometimes takes 24 hours after drop-off.
- Replacement tracking not received → check spam folder or account dashboard.
- Status stuck on “Pending” → may require extra inspection (damaged items, incomplete packaging).
🌎 U.S. Only Exchanges
Currently, exchange tracking is only available for U.S. orders.
International tracking features will be added once PulinGO expands globally, with courier-specific updates for each region.
