🕒 Check Eligibility Before You Start

Before initiating a return, please make sure your order meets the requirements:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Certain items such as hygiene products or digital downloads are non-returnable.

🔍 Locate Your Order

To start the process:

  • Go to My Account → Orders.
  • Select the order that contains the item you want to return.
  • Click the “Return Item” button next to the product.

You will then be guided through our automated return request form.

Tip: If you checked out as a guest, use your order number and email on the order lookup page to access return options faster.

📝 Fill Out the Return Request Form

In the form, please provide the following details to help us process your request quickly:

  • Reason for return (wrong size, defective, no longer needed, etc.).
  • Condition of the product (unopened, opened but unused, defective).
  • Preferred solution (refund or exchange).
  • Upload clear photos if the item is damaged.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label:

  • Download the PDF label from your email or account dashboard.
  • Print the label and stick it securely on the package.
  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels.

Heads-up: Some carriers require drop-off at specific locations for prepaid labels. Check the carrier instructions in your approval email.

🚚 Ship Your Package Back

Drop off the package at the nearest courier partner (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL depending on your region). Keep the receipt with the tracking number. This ensures you can track your package until it arrives at our warehouse.

  • Always obtain a drop-off receipt with tracking.
  • Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • Return multiple items from the same order in one box when possible.

💳 Refund or Exchange Processing

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Exchanges will be shipped out within 2–3 business days of approval.
