Read time: ~4 min

Summary

Proper packaging ensures your item arrives safely and speeds up your exchange approval. This guide explains how to prepare your product, what to include, and common mistakes to avoid when returning items to PulinGO. 📬

📦 Use the Original Packaging

  • Always return the item in its original box or packaging.
  • If the original box is damaged, use a sturdy replacement box of similar size.
  • Do not ship loose items in bags or envelopes.

🔗 Include All Accessories

  • Return all cables, manuals, and tags included with the product.
  • If accessories are missing, your exchange may be delayed or declined.

🛡️ Secure the Product

  • Wrap fragile items in protective padding or bubble wrap.
  • Use extra filler (paper, foam) to prevent items from moving inside the box.
  • Seal the package tightly with strong tape.
Tip: A well-sealed box protects your product and avoids carrier rejection.

🏷️ Attach the Return Label

  • Download your exchange label from your PulinGO account or email.
  • Place the label on the largest side of the box.
  • Remove or cover old shipping labels before sending.

⚠️ Common Packaging Mistakes

  • Using thin envelopes for fragile items.
  • Leaving old shipping labels visible.
  • Not sealing the box securely.
  • Forgetting to include accessories or manuals.

🌎 U.S. Only Exchanges

Currently, exchanges are only available for orders within the United States.
International exchanges are part of PulinGO’s future plans and will include detailed packaging and customs instructions once available.
