🧩 Check Exchange Eligibility

Before starting, make sure your order qualifies:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in unused condition with original packaging and tags.
  • Final Sale items and certain personal care products are not exchangeable.
  • Currently, PulinGO exchanges are only available for U.S. orders. 🌎
Future expansion will include international exchanges, but for now, service is limited to the United States.

🔍 Locate Your Order

  • Log in to your PulinGO Account → Orders.
  • Select the order with the item you want to exchange.
  • Click the “Exchange Item” button next to the product.
Tip: Guest checkout users can access their order with the order number + email on the lookup page.

📝 Submit an Exchange Request

In the form, provide:

  • Reason for exchange (wrong size, color, or defective).
  • Your preferred replacement option (size, color, or same item).
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Submitting complete details ensures faster approval ⚡.

📦 Prepare and Ship Your Return

  • Once approved, download your prepaid return label from email or dashboard.
  • Pack the item securely with all accessories and tags.
  • Drop off at the courier partner listed on your label (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL).
Note: Always keep the drop-off receipt with the tracking number.

🚚 Replacement Item Processing

  • Once your return is scanned in by the courier, we’ll begin processing the exchange.
  • If the replacement item is in stock, it ships within 2–3 business days.
  • You’ll receive email + SMS notifications for every step. 📩📱

⏱️ Timeline for Exchanges

  • Courier transit time: 3–5 business days (domestic U.S.).
  • Processing & shipping replacement: 2–3 business days.
  • Total estimated time: 5–8 business days.

💬 When to Contact Support

Contact our Support team if:

  • Your exchange request hasn’t been approved within 48 hours.
  • The replacement hasn’t shipped within 5 business days after drop-off.
  • The item you want to exchange is out of stock and you need alternatives.
