📜 General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method when possible.
  • We do not issue refunds to a different card or bank for security reasons.
  • If the original method cannot accept the refund, store credit will be provided.

💳 Credit & Debit Cards

  • Refunds post directly to the same card used at checkout.
  • Average processing: 3–5 business days after issuance.
  • On statements, look for “Pulingo Refund” or similar wording.
Note: Some banks may take longer to display the refund, even if we’ve already sent it.

💻 PayPal & Digital Wallets

  • PayPal: Refunds appear almost instantly (within 24 hours).
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: Refunds route back to the card linked to your wallet.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation from the wallet provider when it posts.

🏦 Bank Transfers

  • If you paid via direct transfer, refunds are sent back to the same bank account.
  • Processing can take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s speed.
  • Some banks may charge transaction fees for receiving funds—please check with your provider.

🎟️ Store Credit Option

  • If you prefer, you may request Pulingo Store Credit instead of a refund.
  • Store credit is applied instantly to your account balance once approved.
  • It can be used for any future purchase with no expiration date.
Tip: Store credit is a great option if you plan to shop again soon and want faster turnaround.

⚠️ Expired or Closed Accounts

  • If your card expired, most banks still post refunds to your account automatically.
  • If your bank account was closed, the refund will bounce back to us, and we’ll issue store credit instead.
  • Please update your payment info for future purchases to avoid delays.

🤝 When to Contact Support

Reach out if:

  • Your refund has not appeared after 10 business days.
  • The refund was issued to a closed account or incorrect payment method.
  • You need a refund receipt or proof for your bank or wallet provider.
