Where is My Return Label?
🏷️ Where is My Return Label?
Summary
Can’t find your return label? Don’t worry 😊. Once your return is approved, the prepaid label is sent to your email and account dashboard. This article explains where to locate it, how to re-download, and what to do if you still can’t access it. 📧📦
📧 Check Your Email Inbox
After your return is approved:
- You’ll receive an email with the subject line: “Your Pulingo Return Label is Ready”.
- The email includes a direct PDF download link.
- If you requested multiple returns, each will have a separate label.
Tip: Use the search bar in your inbox to look for “Pulingo Return Label.”
👤 Find It in Your Pulingo Account
If you didn’t see the email:
- Log in to My Account → Orders.
- Open the order containing the return request.
- Click “Download Return Label” in the return status box.
🕵️ Check Spam or Promotions Folder
Sometimes return label emails can land in:
- Spam/Junk folder.
- Promotions tab (for Gmail users).
- Other inbox categories if you use filters.
If found there, mark the email as “Not Spam” so future Pulingo emails arrive in your main inbox.
🔄 Re-Download from Dashboard
If you accidentally deleted the email:
- Return to your Orders page in your Pulingo account.
- The return status will display “Approved” with a new download link.
- You can download the label as many times as needed.
Note: Each return request generates one unique label. Don’t use the same label for different orders.
🖨️ If You Don’t Have a Printer
No printer at home? Options include:
- Most courier drop-off points can print your label using the PDF on your phone.
- You can also forward the email to a local print shop.
- Some carriers allow QR code scan returns (see your label email for details).
🤝 When to Contact Support
Reach out to Customer Support if:
- You haven’t received your label within 24 hours of approval.
- The download link in your account/dashboard is missing.
- The label PDF is corrupted or won’t open.
Tip: Include your order number and screenshots of your account page when contacting support.
